The Journey at a Glance

Seven unhurried days through Kerala's green heart. Wake to mist rolling over Munnar's tea terraces, spot elephants across Periyar's lake in Thekkady, then board a traditional kettuvallam houseboat for a night drifting Alleppey's palm-fringed canals — freshly cooked Karimeen fish on deck as paddy fields slip past. The trip closes in Fort Kochi among colonial lanes, Chinese fishing nets, and a Kathakali performance.

A traditional Kerala menu cooked fresh on board: rice, thoran, sambar, and the day's catch — usually pearl-spot fish. Continental and Jain options are available on request.

Yes, with caveats — the hills are at their greenest June–August and rates drop, but Periyar boat rides can be suspended in heavy rain. Many guests deliberately choose monsoon for Ayurveda.
